On April 11th and 12th, Technical Consultants Int'l held two days of Executive Briefings at their new offices located in the McClellan Technology Incubator. The e-government and e-commerce sessions focused on current technology trends.

E-government
The Keynote was delivered by Mr. Don Pearson, Government Technology Magazine. His presentation focused on the emerging trends in the eGovernment arena, the driving forces behind it, and the challenges and issues ahead. It included an overview of the evolution of eGovernment and its impact on the public sector in its ability to implement electronic delivery in its day to day operations, as well as servicing its constituents. This presentation outlines the responsibilities of leaders in government organizations as they cope with the sheer pace of change of the digital era.

Representing Accelio Corporation, Alistair Lee delivered a motivating talk that focused on the move from paper forms and processes to automated, electronic documents and e-processes. Where did forms actually originate?

Representing Entrust Corporation, Lani Cauthen and Greg Lempko provided a thorough, easy-to-understand, presentation of Entrust's digital signature and security technology.

The sessions were repeated on the second day, with a focus on the corporate sector.
